As a West Virginia native, Shawna offers unique expertise for clients on all of the dynamic and eclectic neighborhoods in the North and South Carolina regions as she has lived in the Rock Hill area since 2006.  She works on many local campaigns who advocate employees in the area.  Shawna completes over 30 hours of continuing education each year.

In Shawna’s free time she hangs out with her two teenage sons always searching for the next vacation destination or working on a new real estate project with her husband.

She is a connected listener who lives for the thrill of the search for the perfect home.  She loves nothing more than helping her clients maximize a great return on their most valuable asset or help find the home of their dreams in the perfect neighborhood. John, having lived in Rock Hill area since 2008, has a vast amount of knowledge to be able to guide anyone through a real estate transaction.  John has the market knowledge and transaction expertise to be a huge asset to his clients. His passion for Real Estate and helping people find their dream home is enough to make John work 24/7 and give his clients the best Real Estate experience possible.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 5 children and planning their trip to Greece for their 20th wedding anniversary in the next 5 years.
